Friday-Monday free for hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, sports, and 3-day weekend adventures!!

At home individualized training plans will be provided for those who want even more!!

QUARTERLY INTENSIVES
We ADD Wednesdays + one Saturday workshop during 4 week intensive periods, topics include:
Foundations (Jan-Feb) - Habit formation, nutrition, sleep, injury prevention​

Resilience (Apr-May) - Stress management & reduction, adaptability, grit
​
​Performance (Jul-Aug) - Peak performance, mindset, flow states, joy
​
​Purpose (Oct-Nov) - Meaning, values, integration, sustainability​
Intensive schedules will be provided for the entire calendar year to make scheduling easy!!​
Between intensives: Tues/Thurs only (sustainable rhythm, rest & integration)
