UTAH LIFESTYLE FRIENDLY!!
Friday-Monday free for:
Hiking, camping, skiing, snowboarding, mountain biking, sports, and 3-day weekend adventures!!
At home individualized training plans will be provided for those who want even more!!

QUARTERLY INTENSIVES
We ADD Wednesdays + one Saturday workshop during 4 week intensive periods, topics include:
Foundations (Jan-Mar) - Habit formation, nutrition, sleep, injury prevention
Resilience (Apr-Jun) - Stress management & reduction, adaptability, grit
Performance (Jul-Sep) - Peak performance, mindset, flow states, joy
Purpose (Oct-Dec) - Meaning, values, integration, sustainability
Intensive schedules will be provided for the entire calendar year to make scheduling easy!!
Between intensives: Tues/Thurs only (sustainable rhythm, rest & integration)

A: Yes! We designed this for Utah living. Train Tuesday/Thursday. Explore Friday-Monday (camping, hiking, skiing, family time, 3-day weekends, whatever you love!!).
