One Program. Whole-Person Transformation

Most people piece together a gym membership, a meditation app, a stack of self-help books, and it feels fragmented. Mission: THRIVE integrates everything into a sustainable program: expert-led fitness for all levels, evidence-based science, resilience, mindfulness, positive psychology, nutrition, and health education. All in fun, innovative, and energetic 90-minute sessions with a like-minded community. This program doesn't exist anywhere else. We train Tuesday-Thursday at MetaSport in Farmington, Utah. Weekends stay free for family, friends, and adventure. Add quarterly deep-dive intensives with special guests, a private member community, and programming that evolves with the latest research.
